REFUND POLICY
All products sold on HostLabTools are digital downloads (Canva templates, PDF guides, and digital files). No physical item is shipped.
Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your order and confirming immediate access to the digital content at checkout, you expressly waive this right, as permitted under Article 16(m) of the Directive.
If you did not grant this consent at checkout and have not yet downloaded or accessed the files, you may request a withdrawal within 14 days of your purchase date.
When We Issue Refunds
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Duplicate order (you were charged twice for the same product)
- Files are corrupted, inaccessible, or not as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue
- You have not yet accessed or downloaded the files and your 14-day withdrawal period is still active
We do not issue refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@hostlabtools.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
